Cool, polished nose, yeasty and floral notes, citrus fruit and a hint of apples, herbaceous traces, hint of red berries. Clear, firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, smoky andyeasty notes, fairly prominent, fairly fine mousse, firm tannic grip, persistent and concantrated, herbaceous traces, prominent mineral notes, still young, good depth, mineral notes, prominent yeasty and light nutty notes on a very good, firm, tart, fruity finish.
