Feinsaftige, recht straffe Frucht im Mund, moderate Süße, kräuterig-pflanzliche, leicht hefige und mineralische Noten, lebendige, sehr feine Säure und noch ein Hauch Kohlensäure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, dunkelbeerige Nuancen im Hintergrund, recht deutlich Minze, sehr guter, straffer und saftiger Abgang.
