2015 Burg Layen Riesling trocken, Nahe, Germany

Firm, tart nose, dried vegetal and floral notes, intense mineral notes, still slightly sulphurous, cool, tart yellow fruit, hint of tobacco. Firm, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, herbs and spices, yeasty traces, lively, elegant acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, persistent, has some depth, prominent mineral notes, still largely undeveloped, good grip, hint of dried flowers, tart, elegant and juicy on a very good finish.
