Editor note: Firm, polishede, fairly deep nose, prominent mineral notes, hint of bacon, yellow fruit, yxeasty traces, very light nutty nmotes. Ripe, fairly firm, very juicy tart fruit on the palate, firm, elegant acidity, some yellow spice, yeasty notes, prominent mineral notes, ripe tannins provide elegant grip, persistent and concentrated, hint of bacon in the background, still undeveloped, vibrant and deep, fairly light style, still slightly reductive,l prominent mineral notes, more yeasty notes onm a long, firm, tart, juicy finish. Needs a lot of time to mature.
