They are planted with the varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chasselas and Sauvignon Blanc. It is consistently practiced natural, environmentally friendly viticulture with permanent greenery, organic fertilization and gentle soil care. The grapes obtained by hand picking are strictly selected, the average yield is 55 hl / ha.
