Full-bodied on the palate, dark, slightly muted fruit, more undergrowth and mushrooms, earthy and light salty notes, fine sandy tannins, partly integrated and partly astringent, noticeable high alcohol, fairly persistent, peppery traces, slightly rustic style, develops increasing malted notes and bread with aeration, good to very good tart, warm finish.
