Translate to English Deutlich grün-vegetabile Nase mit verhaltenen gelb- und grünfruchtigen Noten, einem Hauch Pfeffer und erdig-mineralischen Spuren. Schlanke, trockene Frucht, wieder eher frische grün-pflanzliche Töne, recht lebendige Säure, zart hefig und angedeutet mineralisch im Hintergrund, etwas Biss, ordentlicher Abgang.
