2006 Neusiedlersee Welschriesling trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Must pears on the nose, light stalky notes. Bone cry and crisp on the palate, light-bodied, hint of pear fruit, almost steely, slightly lemony acidity, clean and typical of the variety, a wine to enjoy on the terrace on hot days, acceptable to attractive finish.
