2015 Welschriesling trocken unfiltriert, Weinland Austria, Austria

Very slightly cloudy, very bright orange. Tart, vegetal and slightly earthy citrus fragrance with floral and nutty aromas and a hint of old oak and peat. Tart fruit on the palate, reminiscent of shortcrustal fruit, light nutty and yeasty notes, lively, very elegant acidity and a lot of mature tannins, persistent on the palate, slightly creamy, still youthful wine-gum notes in the background, a hint of vanilla, floral notes, good persistence, good grip, slightly creamy, good, quite juicy, also spicy finish with very light heat.
