Firm, quite deep, slightly open scent of ripe yellow fruits, fennel, yeast, nuts, parsley and a little mushroom with floral nuances, a little yellow spice and chalky tones. Ripe, firm, tart and juicy fruit with a lot of grip from ripe tannins, nutty, herbal-vegetal and slightly white-peppery aromas, again fennel, dense and persistent on the palate, certain depth, chalky and salty tones, quite complex, very good , firm, juicy and spicy finish, again with fine vegetal and slightly yellow-spicy tones.
