Teils kandiert wirkende Frucht mit gelber Würze, vegetabilen Aromen, Pilzen und einem Hauch Speck, recht lebendige Säure und gewisse Kohlensäure, süßlicher Schmelz, leichte Wärme, ein Hauch Ei, mineralische Anklänge, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
