Reife, schmelzige Frucht im Mund, nussig und eine Spur holzig, zurückhaltende Säure, leicht erdige Töne, ganz leicht antrocknend am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, vil Kraft und wärmender Alkohol, etwas Würze, leicht mineralisch, guter Abgang.
