Translate to English Klarer, deutlich grün-vegetabiler, vor allem an Spargel erinnernder Duft mit leicht grasigen und verhalten gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen. Kräftig im Mund, reife Frucht mit süßlichem Schmelz und spürbarem Alkohol, pflanzliche Aromen, etwas Kandis, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, relativ moderate Säure, ein Hauch Weingummi, im Hintergrund eine Spur Holunder, guter, wenn auch wieder alkoholstarker Abgang.
