2009 Szekszárd Görögszói, Südliches Transdanubien, Hungary

Partly preserved mixed berries on the nose, bell peppers, some peppery and earthy notes, light herbaceous and smoky notes. Juicy fruit on the palate, chocolate and some nougat, full-bodied and creamy, very noticeable alcohol, slightly sandy tannins, good persistence, peppery notes and sweetish spice, good finish.

Best to drink: 2012-2016+. What our ratings mean
