Recht saftige, reife Frucht im Mund, herbe pflanzliche bis kräuterige Würze, wieder ein Hauch Senfsaat, feine, lebendige Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, Schmelz und Wärme, mittlere Kraft, recht guter Abgang.
