2005 Brut Pinot Cuvée, Rheingau, Germany

Mature, delicately undergrowth and mushroomy nose of ripe stone fruit with a hint of petrol and delicately spicy yeasty notes. Also mature on the palate, creamy, yeasty and nutty notes, with some petrol, preserved, calm fruit, matching, gentle mousseux, harmonious and easy to drink in its mature style, decent to good finish.
