Am Gaumen fast geschmeidig, weiche, leicht hefewürzige, eingemachte Rotbeerenfrucht, Anklänge an Unterholz und Kräuter, zarte Dosage, feiner Sortencharakter, cremiges Perlage, sehr gekonnt ausgebaut, elegant und zart schmelzig, guter Abgang.
