Translate to English Etwas offene, getrocknet-apfelige und vegetabile, auch präsent nussige und getrocknet-pilzige, deutlich an alten Gouda und Parmesan erinnernde Duft mit intensiven Kräuteraromen, Brioche, Algen und Muschelschalen. Reife, saftige Frucht, viel Hefe, deutlich Kräuter und wieder der Umami-Ton von altem Käse, leicht bitterliche Nusstöne, recht feines Mousseux, recht präsente Säure, Sesamöl im Hintergrund, röstige Töne und braune Butter, nachhaltig, hat Substanz und Tiefe, leicht fließende Konturen, sehr guter bis langer Abgang. Legt mit Luft noch zu, wird straffer und nobler.
