Cool, very yeasty and fine vegetal nose reminiscent of green asparagus with bright nutty aromas, quiet white and yellow fruit notes, floral nuances, herbs and light tobacco. Ripe, juicy, engaging fruit, lots of yeast and nut, clearly tarragon and also chervil, very fine mousseux bright nutty and tobacco flavors, fresh butter and some melt, persistent, layered and deep, again hints of green asparagus, tightly woven yet elegant, some walnut, has grip, very good to long finish. Great.
