Translate to English Hefige, etwas nussige und deutlich fein-vegetabile Nase nach Zitrusfrüchten, grünen Äpfeln, deutlich Nüssen und mineralischen Tönen. Leicht entwickelte, deutlich hefige und leicht käsige Frucht mit nussigen Aromen, Champignons, Steinpilzen und nussigen Aromen, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr feines, ruhiges Mousseux, deutlich Estragon und auch Käserinde, nachhaltig, mürber Apfel und Pistazie, etwas reifer Gerbstoff, sehr guter Abgang mit Walnussnoten und Salz.
