Fairly deep, cool nose, nutty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit aromas, hint of mushrooms, floral traces. Clear, polished, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, very fine mousse, light bite and delicate grip, persistent, good depth, nutty and yeasty notes, mineral notes in the background, fairly complex, hint of tobacco, very good, tart, juicy, nutty, gripping finish.
