Cool nose, vegetal and light yeasty notes, citrus and some green apple, floral traces. Clear, straightforward, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal aromas, fairly fine mousse, slightly persistent, polished, bone dry style, very slightly spicy in the background, light grip, hint of licorice on a good to very good finish.
