Lively, delicately tart, yeasty nose, re berries, citrus and pomaceous fruit, floral notes amd peppery traces. Fairly juicy, slightly off-dry gruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty aromas, delicate vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, hint of sugar candy, medium-fine mousse, light tannic touch, fairly persistent, good finish.
