Tart nose, light yeasty, vegetal and floral notes, light spicy traces, yellow and red fruit, hint of bacon, earthy traces. Clear, polished, fairly cool fruit on the palate, yeasty, herbaceous, vegetal, floral and delicate peppery notes, fairly fine mousse, good persistence, firm bite, fresh and lively style, some grip on a very good, firm, cool, juicy finish.
