Leicht süßliche Frucht mit floralen, etwas vegetabilen und nussig-hefigen Aromen, erst massiv überschäumendes, dann deutlich ruhigeres, relativ feines Mousseux, ein wenig Kandis am Gaumen, angedeutet Gummi, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, recht guter Abgang.
