2004 Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva, Sardinia, Italy

Fairly cool nose with preserved red berries, prominent provencale herbs, light roasted and smoky notes. Cool again on the palate and fairly light-bodied, elegantly juicy red fruit, herbaceous notes, fine dusty tannins, slightly astringent, not a lot of substance and depth, mineral nuances, attractive to good finish.
