Fairly mature nose, prominent vegetal notes, earthy and nutty notes, pomaceous fruit an a hint of citrus. Tart fruit and vegetal notes on the palate, more light earthy and nutty notes, elegant acidity, vegetal notes, fairly persistent, mature, but not too old, slightly muted, attractive finish.

Editor note: Shy nose, delicate pomaceous fruit, light animal notes, slatey, mineral notes. Green and yellow apples on the palate, some melon, light vegetal notes and some dried tarragon, moderate acidity, has character and is quite charming, also quite lively, light tannic touch, slightly astringent on an attractive finish.
