Tart, muted nose, prominent vegetal and light yeasty notes, restrained yellow fruit. Partly candied, delicately sweet fruit on the palate, earthy, yeasty and dried vegetal notes, slightly muted, fairly persistent, hint of iodine in the background, dried mushrooms, some pineapple, bitter walnuts and flinty traces on a good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Ganz leicht entwickelter, recht fester, kräuterig-vegetabiler Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen und noch immer zart hefigen Noten sowie gewisser Mineralik im Hintergrund. Recht straffe, feinsaftige, geschliffene Frucht, kühle pflanzliche bis kräuterige Noten, wieder etwas Hefe und salzig-mineralische Töne, lebendige, feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Tiefe, nussige Spuren und ein Hauch Kardamom, auch eine ganz leichte Kurkuma-Schärfe, mittlere Kraft, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
