Yeasty nose, prominent vegetal notes, green walnuts, earthy notes, yellow fruit. Yeasty again on the palate, nutty and vegetal notes, some sugar candy and buttery traces, slightly oxidative notes, some yellow spice, good substance and persistence, delicately sweetish and creamy, fairly fine mpousse, delicate hint of bacon and cereals, some more sugar candy and butter on a good, slightly sweetish finish.
