2003 Cesanese del Piglio DOC Vajoscuro, Latium, Italy

Rum punch and lots of alcohol on the nose, preserved mixed berries and cherries, High alcohol on the palate, too, malted as well as dark roasted aromas, herbaceous notes, medium-fine tannins, quite juicy, not particularly deep, but quite charming, attractive to good finish.
