Translate to English Kühler und eher herber, relativ vegetabiler und leicht erdiger Duft mit Aromen von roten und ein wenig schwarzen Beeren, einem Hauch Speckbohnen, getrockneten Pilzen und altholzigen Noten. Reife Frucht im Mund, etwas tabakige und holzige Noten, wieder auch Nuancen von Speck, Pilzen und grünen Bohnen, feinsandiges, ganz leicht trocknendes Tannin, gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisse Substanz, etwas säuerlich, im Hintergrund bitterliche Nussschalentöne, guter guter Abgang mit Tabak, Kräutermalz und einem Hauch Kandis. Deutlich besser als die erste Probe.
