Oltrepò Pavese Spumante Metodo Classico Pinot Nero DOCG Rosé "Cruasé", Lombardy, Italy

Red berries on the nose, hint of yoghurt, vegetal notes, touch of mushrooms typical of Pinot Noir. Restrained fruit on the palate, some lactic notes and yoghurt again, yeasty and nutty notes, fairly fine mousse, light tannic touch, some oak, fairly persistent, attractive to good finish.
