Pomaceous fruit on the nose, spicy vegetal notes, yeasty traces, delicate smoky notes. Slightly creamy fruit on the palate, delicate hint of sugar candy, nutty oak, some more yeasty notes, moderate fine mousse, fairly persistent, light spice, well balanced, good finish.
