Fairly open, mature nose, herbaceous notes and wilted leaves, apples and nuts, hint of brown sugar candy, old oak. Herbs and spices on the palate, liqueur and some Scotch, preserved and dried apples, dried stone fruit and candied citrus fruit, nutty notes and old oak, some more caramel, coconut, integrated acidity balances the sweetness, nutty, herbs and spices on a good to very good finish.
