Somewhat earthy and wilted-vegetable scent with restrained berry tones as well as slightly animal notes. Tart fruit, spicy and dried vegetal notes, some wood, fine sandy tannin, some acid bite, good persistence, a hint of herbs and bacon, salty in the background, noticeable alcohol, not eternally deep, good to very good finish with noticeable bite
