Very slightly muted, nutty and slightly earthy fragrance with restrained pomaceous notes, spicy traces and hinted melon tones. Tart on the palate, creamy and more nutty notes, very restrained fruit, elegant acidity and some tannins, dried herbaceous notes, more earthy notes in the background, fairly full-bodied and persistent, hint of juniper, good to very light, slightly warm finish.
