Trevenezie IGT Atrum, Friuli/Venezia-Giulia, Italy

Fairly tart, delicately nutty and dried vegetal scent of cherries and predominantly dark berries with slightly earthy and hint of mushroomy aromas. Clear, straightforward, elegantly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty notes, delicate smoky oak, light vegetal notes, fine tannins, fairly persistent, hint of tobacco in the background, some earthy notes, very light spicy, good to very good finish.
