2012 Barbaresco DOCG, Piedmont, Italy

Delicate rose-like floral scent of red and a little black berries with nutty and light tobacco traces in the background. Straightforward, dry fruit on the palate, more delicate nutty notes and tobacco, dried vegetal notes, herbaceous and salty notes, fine sandy tannins, delicate bite, not particularly deep, some alcohol heat, attractive to good finish.
