2015 Dão DOC, Beiras, Portugal

Cool, clear fresh vegetal and a little herbal odor with restrained, light yellow fruit and slightly earthy notes. More dry fruit on the palate, more prominent vegetal notes, hint of yeasty nutty notes, elegant acidity, light touch, floral traces, fairly creamy, slightly nutty notes on an otherwise good finish, slightly astringent.
