Some light caramel and candied herbs on the nose, delicate vegetal notes with green bell peppers, light smoky notes. Prominent vegetal notes on the palate, some butterscotch. hint of oak, preserved pears and some bitter notes, bell peppers in the background, gentle, integrated acidity, not particularly deep, but quite individualistic and interesting, attractive to good finish.
