2017 Nierstein Pinot Noir VDP.Aus Ersten Lagen trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Tart nose, very light smoky traces, hint of tobacco, predominantly red and a few black berries, earthy notes, hint of mushrooms. Straightforward, tart, fairly cool fruit on the palate, fine sandy tannins, still slightly astringent, moderate oak, hint of tobacco, delicate vegetal and earthy notes, hint of mushrooms, light bite, good to very good finish.
