2016 Oppenheim Herrenberg Riesling Auslese, Rheinhessen, Germany

Cool, herbal citrus nose with some unripe peach and pineapple. Light-bodied, very sweet fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, somewhat reminiscent of candied radish, lively acidity, fairly persistent, delicate carbon dioxide, a hint of wine gum, good to very good, sweet finish with a bite.
