Nutty, herbal-vegetal and slightly smoky scent of citrus and pome fruit with quite clear mineral notes. Clear, polished, elegantly juicy fruit with nutty and delicate woody aromas, some smoke and herbaceous vegetal notes, lively acidity, good substance and sustainability, spicy traces, tart, salty mineral notes, firm structure, very good, firm, tart and juicy Finish.
