1999 Blankenhornsberg Spätburgunder Kabinett trocken, Baden, Germany

Brilliant ruby garnet with brightening. Fine spicy, very slightly smoky scent of preserved red berries. Quite juicy, spicy fruit, very fine tannin, chocolaty note on the palate, hidden, delicate smoky wood spice, good acidity, very harmonious, fruity finish. Honest, very carefully made Pinot Noir.
