2004 Blankenhornsberg Spätburgunder Kabinett trocken, Baden, Germany

Slightly burnt in the delicate, somewhat red berry nose. Harmonious and rather soft in the mouth, certain fruit, varietal type and sufficient acidity, delicate astringency in the passable finish. Good food companion.
