Translate to English Herb-kräuteriger, leicht grasiger und auch ein wenig mineralischer Kernobstduft mit nussigen Anklängen. Im Mund wieder nussig und vegetabil, mit feiner Säure und kernobstfruchtigen Tönen, feinherbe Noten am Gaumen, leichter Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund mineralische Nuancen, auch käsige Spuren, ordentlicher Abgang.
