Nutty, vegetal and light earthy notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit, peppery traces. Fairly firm creamy fruit on the palate, nutty and light spicy aromas, herbaceous traces, lively acidity, slightly sandy tannins, light spicy oak in the background, noticeable high alcohol, salty mineral notes, hint of bacon, floral traces, sweetish and creamy again with slightly sharp alcohol on a very good grippy finish.
