Fairly polished nose, nutty and light vegetal notes, partly preserved pomaceous fruit and some citrus notes, hint of sugar candy, light oaky traces. Ripe, sweetish, creamy, partly candied and preserved fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, hint of smoked bacon, good substance and persisitence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, mineral traces in the background, herbaceous traces, good to very good warm and creamy finish.
