Clear nose, light nutty, spicy oak, hint of tobacco, red and a few black berries. Clear, straightforward, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, light toasted, nutty oak, fine tannins, delicate acid bite,fullö-bodied and quite persistent, touch of cocoa and coffee, mineral notes in the background, fairly fresh style, more toasted, spicy oak on a very good, fairly juicy finish. Has improved significantly with maturation.

Editor note: Nutty, spicy oak on the nose, hint of tobacco, peppery notes, ripe red and black berries, floral notes, very light herbaceojus notes reminiscent of dill. Ripe, fairly dark fruit on the palate, earthy and dried vegetal aromas, noticeable oak, hint of mushrooms and bacon, good persistence, touch of coffee and cocoa, full body, noticeable high alcohol, hint of cola nut, lemony traces, light bitter touch, earthy and salty traces, some ash on a good to very good, firm, fairly tart finish.
