LVWO Weinsberg

The State Teaching and Experimental Institute for Wine and Fruit Growing (formerly "Wine and Fruit School Weinsberg") is located in the city of Weinsberg in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. This oldest wine school Germany was on the initiative and according to the plans of the vine specialist Immanuel August Ludwig, who works in Weinsberg Dornfeld (1796-1869) built and opened in 1868 as the "Royal Wine School" under the King Karl I (1823-1891) of Württemberg.
